Mr Baljinder S Saini completed his Master degree in Agriculture Entomology from CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar (Haryana) in 2001. He was recipient of University Merit Fellowship during Master’s degree. After completing his Master’s degree; he worked as Research Fellow in Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana from November 2001 to March, 2008, Before joining Tata Trusts in June 2008, he was also associated with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ambala as Subject Matter Specialist (Plant Protection) from April, 2008 to June 2008. For his paper titled ‘A look into the potential of cotton-IPM technology adoption in Punjab’, he was awarded the 2nd Best Research Findings Award in the First Congress on Insect Science held in Ludhiana in 2005. He was a Visiting Scholar to Cornell International Institute for Food, Agriculture and Development (CIIFAD), Cornell University, Ithaca (NY) from January 19, 2012-29 February 2012. Mr Baljinder has more than 30 scientific and extension publications to his credit besides participation in national and international seminar/workshops, Radio talks.
Khorshed is an alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and has been working with the Trusts since 2008. She has completed an Executive Education course on Performance Management in the Non-Profit Sector from Harvard Business School and a six-week course on Agriculture from Cornell University, USA. She anchors the Tamil Nadu Initiative and is responsible for monitoring, implementation, partnership building and overall grant management.
Mr. Tam Lal Pokharel (Suraj) has been working with RGR(Tata Trusts) since 2008. He has done his Masters in Computer Science and managing Finance, Accounts, HR and Grant Management functions of RGR. He is also anchoring Tata Trusts supported 'Nepal Earthquake Response' program as Area Manager (Nepal) since May 2015.
Mr Kulbir Singh Brar holds professional degree of M. Sc. Vegetable Science from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. He is having more than 10 years of experience in the field of Agriculture and Rural Upliftment. Mr Brar is working as Sr. Area Manager in RGR Cell
